Be sure to provide the correct sizing before placing your order to avoid any complications. For neck-cuffs I am happy to receive measurements in inches and or centimetres. We use U.K ring sizing. For info on sizing please click here.
That being said, If you are not entirely happy with the size and fit of your purchase we offer a 10 day (from the date of delivery) exchange policy, as long as the item is in a resalable condition and unworn. All exchanges must be no less than the value of the original order.
PLEASE NOTE, the cost of returning items for exchange will be at the customer's expense. Suhaiyla Shakuwra LTD cannot take responsibility for any undelivered returns; to avoid this possibility upgrade your return postage service where possible and please make sure you have securely packaged your items for return.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns as each piece of jewellery is handmade to order.
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment provided they have given a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a client wishes to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before their booking or fails to show up, they will still be charged.
